Refund Policy.
Plain English: all sales are final. Here is exactly why, and what you can and cannot expect.
Effective date: November 1, 2025
1. The short version
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any reason. If that is not acceptable to you, do not register and do not pay.
2. Why we cannot refund you
Simple Commissions runs a peer-to-peer payment model. When you join, your $300 (Inviter AI), $900 (MailBot), or $1,200 (All Access) is split across three direct, member-to-member payments:
- One portion goes to the member who invited you.
- One portion goes to their sponsor (the upline override).
- One portion goes to the Company as the admin/software fee.
The Company never holds, escrows, or processes the member-to-member portion of your payment. By the time you have a working account, money has already been delivered into other members' personal accounts (Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, crypto, etc.) and cannot be retrieved by us.
3. What this means in practice
- No refunds — full or partial — for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of results, technical issues, or accidental purchase.
- No refunds if you are unable or unwilling to use the AI features (you bring your own API keys).
- No refunds if your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Anti-Spam Policy.
- No refunds for the admin-fee portion either, even though the Company technically receives it. We treat it the same as the member portions to keep the policy uniform and unambiguous.
4. Chargebacks & payment disputes
Because payments are direct between you and your sponsor (and their sponsor), there is no merchant credit-card transaction with the Company to dispute. Filing a chargeback or dispute against another member's account is fraud and may constitute theft of services. We cooperate fully with payment processors and law enforcement on chargeback fraud.
Filing a chargeback against any portion of your purchase will result in:
- Immediate, permanent termination of your Simple Commissions account.
- Forfeiture of any pending or future commissions in your downline.
- Reporting to relevant fraud-prevention networks.
5. Installment plans
If you purchased on an installment plan (3 × $100 or 3 × $400), you remain obligated for all installments even if you decide to stop using the Platform. Missed installments are referred to collections and reported.
6. Try before you buy
We strongly encourage you to:
- Watch the full 9-minute presentation video.
- Read the FAQ at the bottom of the presentation page.
- Ask your sponsor any questions you have.
- Read these legal pages — Terms, Earnings Disclaimer, and Anti-Spam Policy.
If anything feels off, do not register. Once you pay, you are in.
7. Account closure
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Account closure does not generate a refund — it stops future installment billing (if any) and removes your access to the Platform.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that governs your purchase.
9. Questions
If you are not sure whether to buy, ask first. Contact us or your sponsor.
