Reporting abuse
If you received an invitation through Inviter AI that you believe violates our Anti-Spam Policy, forward the full message — including all headers — to abuse@simplecommissions.com. Trust & safety reviews every report within 24 hours.
Privacy & data requests
To access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, email privacy@simplecommissions.com from the address on file with your account. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA.
Refund & chargeback questions
Before reaching out, please read the Refund Policy — all sales are final because payments go peer-to-peer between members. We cannot refund member-to-member transactions. Filing a chargeback for any portion of your purchase will result in account termination.

What we cannot help with
- Tracking or modifying a peer-to-peer payment (Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc.) — those happen directly between members. Contact your sponsor or the payment provider.
- Recovering a chargebacked or disputed payment — once filed, the dispute is between you and your bank or card processor.
- Tax or legal advice — please consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
- Verifying or vetting other members — do your own due diligence before transacting.
